Information and purpose
Era Cloud 株式会社 receives your name, company, email, enquiry type, message and consent record when you submit the contact form. These are used to respond and manage follow-up. The customer portal also stores company and billing identity, member roles, password hashes, access requests and session records to operate accounts and services.
Cookies and external services
The site uses cookies for login, language, appearance and consent choices. Google Analytics 4 is loaded after analytics consent. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site. Enquiries may be forwarded to our Perfex CRM for follow-up. Google Maps loads when you choose to open the map. These providers' services may involve processing outside Japan.
Retention and enquiries
New contact enquiries currently receive a local retention deadline of 365 days. The cleanup process uses each record's stored deadline. CRM records, backups, billing records and account records have separate handling requirements; local enquiry deletion does not delete those copies. Use the contact link on this page to ask about your information, correction or deletion. We will verify the requester's identity and the records concerned before handling the request.
