Use the failed stage and its message to identify what to check.

License validation fails
Check access to the license service and license validity, then follow the displayed error. Do not repeatedly recreate the installation identity or copy another device's token.
Namecheap or Baota rejects access
Check API enablement, keys, acting account and caller public-IP allowlists. Baota writes also require HTTPS.
Activation or certificates remain pending
Check the root CNAME, origin reachability and ACME HTTP validation conditions. Distinguish the ESA edge certificate from the Baota origin certificate in stage messages, then retry the same item once prerequisites are ready.
DNS or resource conflicts
Review existing website names, domain bindings and root records with the administrator responsible for them. Conflicting resources are not overwritten automatically.
Ask for help
Provide the domain, failed stage, time and a redacted error message. Do not share AK/SK, API keys, license codes or device tokens.
