Request an invitation and complete registration

1. Select the provider and recipient

Open /register. Select the correct cloud provider, enter an email you can receive, and complete the page's human verification. Alibaba also asks for country/region, currently Philippines (PH) or Hong Kong (HK). Choose the truthful applicable region; changing it is not a way to bypass provider eligibility.

2. Send once and read the result

Select 發送邀請. The result dialog shows the provider, email, status and any message or invitation link. Save the result before closing it. If 直接打開邀請鏈接 appears, open the provided link to continue the provider's registration process.

Invitation result meanings

PENDING — Meaning: The invitation is recorded and waiting for provider-side progress. Next action: Use the invitation link or check email, then finish registration

SUCCESS — Meaning: The invitation operation succeeded. Next action: Read the returned guidance; complete any remaining provider steps

FAILED or error dialog — Meaning: The request did not complete successfully. Next action: Read the exact error and check provider/email before retrying

Cooldown or duplicate message — Meaning: An earlier request may already exist or sending is rate-limited. Next action: Find the earlier invitation and wait for the displayed retry time

3. Find the provider email

Check the inbox, spam folder and corporate quarantine for the exact recipient address. An invite may be provided as a link in the result even if email is delayed. If neither is available, give support the provider, recipient, submission time and invitation number; repeated sends can extend the problem.

4. Complete provider-side registration

Follow the official invitation to finish the provider's account setup and any required association or approval. Keep the resulting UIN/UID and registered email. A Tencent invitation may still require account approval; an Alibaba account may not yet have an available UID while its invitation is pending.

5. Confirm readiness in recharge verification

Open /recharge only after setup, select the same provider and verify using the saved account ID. Compare the returned ID and email with your record. If the account is not found, check registration/association and provider selection; if the email is ambiguous, use the ID instead. Do not generate a payment order for a different returned account.
