Verify the account, minimum and expected credit
The verification snapshot explains what you will pay, what credit will be allocated and whether the amount meets the account's current requirements.
Chapters · Verify the account, minimum and expected credit
1. Complete the input fields
Open /recharge, choose Tencent or Alibaba, enter the registered email or account ID and a positive whole-number recharge amount. Enter a referrer or promotion code, if any, before verification. Choose an enabled payment channel; asset and network are filled from that channel and are read-only. If no payment option is shown, stop and contact support.
Read the verification result
Account ID and email — What to check: Both identify the intended cloud account. Why it matters: Avoid crediting another account
Available credit and arrears — What to check: Read the returned provider snapshot, including any negative balance. Why it matters: A recharge may first offset existing debt
Minimum recharge — What to check: Use the effective minimum returned for this account. Why it matters: It combines the site minimum and any arrears requirement
Applied benefit — What to check: Check the matched referrer/promo rule and effective rate. Why it matters: Typing a code alone does not establish that a benefit applied
Recharge, bonus and credited amount — What to check: Distinguish the requested principal from allocated cloud credit. Why it matters: The payment amount and final available balance can differ
Projected balance and risk message — What to check: Read the after-recharge estimate and any ordering/freeze note. Why it matters: Payment alone does not guarantee account unfreezing
2. Handle the minimum amount
Press 驗證 after completing human verification. If the amount is below the effective minimum, read the error's required amount, amend the input and verify again. For an account in arrears, the system compares the configured site minimum with an arrears-based requirement and uses the applicable higher amount. Do not calculate a universal minimum from an example.
3. Verify the benefit instead of assuming it
Check the named benefit and final credited amount in the result. Referral, promotion and campaign rules can differ; do not assume every percentage stacks or that a previous promotion still applies. If the expected code or result is missing, resolve it before generating the order.
Illustrative calculation: credit is not the final balance
For illustration only: if verification shows a 100-unit recharge plus 10 units of benefit, allocated credit is 110. A current balance of -20 would produce an estimated 90 before later consumption. This is not a current promotion or price. Use the actual currency, rate, minimum and projected balance shown for your order.
4. Confirm and generate the payment order
Select 生成支付單. Review the account snapshot, payment channel, amount, benefit and risk message again in the confirmation dialog. Tick confirmation and select 確認並生成支付單. Save the recharge order ID and verification value immediately. If the provider, account, amount or other key input changes, or the preview expires, repeat verification rather than using an old confirmation.
Common blocked cases
Account not found: check provider registration/association. Multiple accounts for one email: switch to account ID. Positive-integer error: remove decimals from the recharge input. Preview mismatch/expired: verify again. No payment method: ask support about availability. Volcengine unavailable: that recharge flow cannot be used.
