Understand cooldown, settlement and unfreezing

A successful transfer can leave the source restricted; waiting and a new recharge have different effects.

Chapters · Understand cooldown, settlement and unfreezing

Ordinary transfer cooldown applies to both accounts

After success, both A and B receive a transfer-out lock. The code's default and public guide are two hours; use the returned unlock time if configuration differs. B receiving credit does not make it immediately eligible to send that credit elsewhere.

Exactly 50 USD left starts settlement handling

When an ordinary transfer leaves A at exactly the 50 USD retained balance, the system marks ordering blocked, starts settlement waiting and attempts the provider's postpaid-freeze operation. This is not merely the normal transfer-out cooldown. Check provider-freeze errors or account restriction messages separately from the successful transfer.

Stages after reaching the retained-balance boundary

Settlement waiting — What must happen: Minimum wait passes; the system checks provider debt/status. What remains restricted: Ordinary transfers and affected ordering remain blocked

Remaining transfer allowed — What must happen: Debt is zero and the system marks final transfer available. What remains restricted: Postpaid freeze remains in place

Final transfer — What must happen: Manually submit one transfer for the entire then-current available balance. What remains restricted: A stays frozen after the remaining credit is moved

Recharge unfreeze check — What must happen: A credited recharge leaves actual available credit strictly above 500 USD and zero arrears. What remains restricted: Unfreezing still depends on the system/provider result

Wait for readiness, not just the clock

The default minimum settlement wait is two hours. Elapsed time alone does not grant the final transfer: the system must confirm debt is zero and allow it. It may notify the account or administrator when ready; query status if no notice arrives. Do not create repeated ordinary transfers while settlement is pending.

The final transfer is manual and for the full remainder

After readiness, re-verify A and B and use the entire available balance returned by the provider. If the remaining balance is 37.40 USD, the permitted final transfer is that full current amount, not a chosen partial amount. Consumption already reflected in provider available credit is not subtracted again. A changed balance requires a fresh check.

Recharge amount is not the unfreeze threshold

The fixed threshold is actual available credit greater than 500 USD after a successfully credited recharge, with arrears zero. Exactly 500 is insufficient. A payment amount over 500 does not by itself meet this test if debt or consumption reduces the resulting balance. Follow the post-recharge status and administrator guidance if the provider freeze cannot be removed.
