Create a transfer and verify both account emails
A transfer is created, email-verified, optionally reviewed and then executed; each stage has a different meaning.
Chapters · Create a transfer and verify both account emails
1. Confirm eligibility and amount
Open /transfer and select Tencent or Alibaba. Source A and target B must be distinct accounts within that same provider. Both must be discoverable and have accessible emails. Fill applicant name, optional contact and a positive transfer amount. Ordinary maximum = source available credit minus 50 USD; a provider snapshot at execution can change what is allowed.
Worked example and the freeze boundary
If A has 300 USD available, an ordinary transfer of 200 leaves 100. Transferring 250 leaves exactly 50 and triggers settlement-freeze handling after success. Transferring 251 violates the ordinary retained-balance rule. These examples explain the rule, not a recommendation to transfer or empty an account.
2. Preview and submit once
Complete human verification and select 核對信息. Review both IDs/emails, before/after balances, amount and any settlement message. Select 提交申請, review the second confirmation and confirm. Save the 8-digit application ID and verification value. A source with an unfinished request cannot simply open another request to bypass it.
3. Enter source code followed by target code
The page describes two 6-character email codes: A's code first, then B's, with no separator, forming 12 characters. Enter them in 組合驗證碼 and select 提交驗證碼. Use both codes from the same application and latest email pair. The verification value and application ID are not these email codes.
4. Watch both deadlines
The current interface describes a five-minute application window and one-minute resend cooldown; the server can configure deadlines, so use the returned expiry/countdown. A new email does not mean the original request lives indefinitely. If the application expires, create a new request; if only code initialization or delivery failed, use resend when enabled and follow the current result.
Transfer status needs its verification context
PENDING, emails not verified — Meaning: Application exists but the holders have not verified. Next action: Complete the current email verification before expiry
PENDING, verified / review required — Meaning: Email verification passed; processing or administrator review remains. Next action: Track the request; do not submit codes again
PROCESSING — Meaning: The debit/credit operation is running. Next action: Wait; do not create a competing transfer
SUCCESS — Meaning: The transfer completed. Next action: Check both results and any cooldown/freeze information
FAILED — Meaning: An error prevented or interrupted completion. Next action: Ask support to inspect execution evidence before retrying money movement
CANCELED or expired request — Meaning: The application/codes cannot be used. Next action: Correct details and create a new request if still needed
5. Resend, cancel or use Telegram
Wait for 重新發送驗證郵件 to become available if emails are missing. Before verification, 取消申請並重新填寫 invalidates the original request/codes when the button is enabled. After verification, the applicant cannot cancel directly. The transfer page also supports its configured Telegram verification flow: open the indicated bot privately, provide the transfer ID and then the combined code as prompted.
6. Know when support is required
No source/target email: correct the provider account's email availability with support. Invalid combined code: check A/B order, latest pair and expiry. Account busy or existing pending request: continue the original one. Already verified/processing: query status. Balance or settlement status changed: run a new preview only after confirming the original request state.
